FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The biggest challenges in business are often the hardest to talk about. This is why we cap our groups at 30 members to make sure that everyone gets to know each other, giving you an instant network of trusted contacts to lean on during and outside of the Be the Standard sessions.
Be the Standard memberships are priced on application.
Yes! Our business surgeries, and Be the Standard in general, were designed to be safe spaces for business owners to discuss topics they ordinarily wouldn’t be able to, either in the workplace or at home.
Because of this, everything is strictly Chatham House Rules.
- Give and embrace candid feedback and evaluation of sessions and speakers.
- Participate in the group sessions by contributing your skills and knowledge.
- Be helpful and supportive of fellow group members.
Working on self-development can be incredibly difficult and it isn’t for everyone. During the application process, not only will we learn about you, but you’ll also find out more about how the group can make a difference in your well-being, growth and success.
It can take some time to implement positive changes, turn them into habits and start seeing the pay-off, so we ask that members who decide they no longer need Be the Standard provide 3 months’ written notice.
(For additional peace of mind though, notice is not required within the first 6 months).
